While the process is well defined, our experience has shown us that each transaction has unique aspects such as time constraints, competitive bidding, incomplete information, etc. For that reason, Tipperary Partners spends time with each client to understand the strategy behind the deal, time and competitive pressures, and any other nuances that could have an effect on the diligence effort. Once understood we begin to outline the type of information we would look to gather and the people we would like to interview. Once through with the initial reviews we meet with the client to discuss any gaps we see and attempt to develop means of obtaining this information. After we have gathered and analyzed the available information and interview results we will create our diligence report and findings. The final step is our presentation to the client where we walk through each of the findings and appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure complete understanding.
